Week 1: New Years Resolutions
A lot of people, myself included, create New Year's resolutions with the intention of improving their lives or enhancing their well-being. As the year draws to a close, it's a time for reflection and goal-setting for the future. This time last year, I decided to take a different approach—one that would be more achievable. Rather than setting unrealistic goals, I focused on making my resolutions more realistic and attainable. I aimed to create resolutions that I could actually stick to, giving myself the best chance to see real progress and growth. Instead of overwhelming myself with an endless list of things to change, I kept my focus on what was truly important to me and how I could improve in small, manageable ways. With this approach I decided that my resolutions would be to better my mental and physical health as well as take every opportunity presented to me to travel.
